FAQ 

1. What happens during a dog walk?

Each walk includes exercise, sniff time, enrichment, water breaks, and behavioural training (upon request).

I always set new goals for each dog to improve their walking aptitude and safety. I tailor the pace and route to your dog’s age, energy level, and personality.

2. Do you walk dogs individually or in groups?

I offer walks anywhere from 1 Dog to 4 Dogs.

3. How do you access my home if I’m not there?

You can leave a key in a safe place, use a lockbox, or provide a secure access code.
Your privacy and security are my top priority.

4. Do you send updates?

Yes! Before and After every walk, you’ll receive a photo + short summary of how your dog went. And I will send a STRAVA guide of my exact walking distance and route. 

I also send a start time and end time of each walk so you can rest assured you are getting exactly what you pay for.

5. What if it’s raining or too hot?

Because of Heat Stroke risks and Mess I tend to avoid walking dogs at peak times for rain and heat.

6. Do you walk reactive or anxious dogs?

Yes I’m experienced with nervous, shy, and reactive dogs.
Walks are kept away from triggers, and I take things slow and safe.

7. What areas do you service?

I currently service:
Berowra and Berowra Heights, NSW, 2082, 2081

I currently ride my electric bike to and from clients houses, and also intend to use the harness and equipment you use for your own dog to ensure comfort and security.

8. What are your prices?

Walk options include:

9. Do you take last-minute bookings?

Yes, I am very flexible with my service, and will accept bookings outside my service hours if needed.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

• Free cancellation.

11. Do you offer multi-dog walks?

Yes. Up to 4. for dogs from the same household or similar area in particular, since I currently only have access to a bike.
Extra dog fee: +$5–$40 depending on required walking time (please see home page for more information).

12. Do you offer weekend or holiday walks?

Yes!
Available all year round. Unless spoken otherwise.

13. What if my dog has special needs or medications?

I can handle dogs with medical needs, senior dogs, and those requiring medication (oral only).
Please just let me know during the meet & greet.

14. Are you insured?

I am currently uninsured, but will be organising it as soon as possible.

Your dogs safety is always my greatest priority.

15. Do you do a meet & greet before the first walk?

Yes I do a 10–15 minute meet & greet for free, so I can personalize the walks and you can ask any questions.
